RespiteMatch was built to solve a real problem: families of individuals with developmental disabilities in Peel Region had no safe, reliable way to find and connect with background-checked, independent respite support workers. We changed that.
Who We Serve
We serve families of neurodiverse and differently-abled individuals between the ages of 5 and 40 living in Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon. Whether your loved one has an autism spectrum diagnosis, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, ADHD, or other developmental or physical disabilities — RespiteMatch is for you.
We also serve the dedicated support workers who have made supporting these individuals their profession. RespiteMatch gives support workers a platform to offer their skills, share their qualifications, and connect with families who need them most.
Safety First
Every support worker has passed a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) before listing.
